Main Attraction Beauty Salon – Service Policy

At Main Attraction Beauty Salon, we are committed to delivering professional and high-quality services in a safe and respectful environment. To protect both our clients and our business, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following terms:

1. Deposits

   A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your final service balance.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

* Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may transfer their deposit to a future booking.

* Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.

3. Late Arrivals

* A grace period of 10 minutes is permitted. After this period, a late fee of $20 will apply.

* Arrivals later than 20 minutes may result in the cancellation of the appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

4. No-Shows

   Failure to attend an appointment without notice will lead to the forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

5. Client Products and Allergies

* Clients who wish to use their own products must sign a consent form releasing Main Attraction Beauty Salon from liability.

* Clients are responsible for informing us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to service. The salon will not be held liable for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or client-provided products.

6. Refunds

* Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

* Payments for services already provided are non-refundable.
